Beer.--.Mr. Sears, at the south end of the Market basement, manufactures Small Beer of a better quality than any thing we have tasted of the kind.  He gives the article a most delicious flavor with several native roots, among which is that of sassafras, rending his beverage remarkably pleasant and healthful.  It is better calculated also to allay thirst than the Beer commonly sold in this market, containing a less quantity of molasses in its ingredients.  It is altogether a superior article, can be kept in a pure state a number of days, and we would recommend it to families and individuals during the prevalence of warm weather.
