GEORGIA-FULTON COUNTY-To the superior court of said county: The petition of Joe L. Renfro and Mrs. N. R. Simmons, prays that they and their associates and successors be incorporated for a period of twenty years, with the right of renewal, under the name of the
  RENFRO MANUFACTURING COMPANY, with their principal place of business in said county, for the purpose of carrying on, for pecuniary gain, the business of manufacturing, bottling, selling, buying or otherwise dealing in or disposing of mineral and soda waters, ginger ale, cider, beer, and carbonated or other beverages of any and every kind, and any and all things entering into such manufacture or pertaining to said business.  They propose to employ a capital of five thousand dollars ($5,000) actually paid in, divided into shares of one hundred dollars ($100) each; which capital they ask power to increase at any time to any sum not exceeding twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).  And they pray an order incorporating them with all the rights and powers incident to the purposes of their organization, and all other rights, powers and immunities incident to or allowed to corporations generally under the laws of this state.
