all bottles branded, respectfully, as follows: "J. J.
Sprenger, Atlanta, Ga.," "Coca-Cola Bottling Co.,
Chattanooga, Tenn.," "Property of Coca-Cola Bottling
Co.," "Property of Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Atlanta, Ga."
"Georgia Bottling Co." and "Atlanta Consolidated
Bottling Co., Atlanta, Ga. are the property,
respectively of said Springer and said companies, as per
said brands, and said bottles are not for sale by said
owners or by any persons representing them, and all
persons using said bottles without authority from the
owners or dealing in these bottles, buying , selling or
receiving them will be prosecuted criminally. J.
