Large Number of Charters Are Grant- ed In Superior
Court. ______
The Atlanta Coca Cola Bottling works was granted a
charter for a period of 20 years by Judge Lumpkin
yesterday. The incorporators are J. B. Whitehead,
A. Montgomery and J. T. Lumpton. Mr. Montgomery,
one of the incorporators, resigned the agency of the
Southern Express company, effective tomorrow, and will
have general charge of the new corporation. The
bottling works is capitalized at $10,000.
Privilege is asked of increasing the amount to a sum not
exceeding $25,000. Abbott & Goree are the
attorneys for the company. .....
