The Wolters' Brewery Company's Affairs to Be Wound Up.

The Wolters' Brewing Company's property will be sold at receivers' sale, March 13. A hearing has given the petitioners for the sale in superior court yesterday morning. It was urged that in justice to the creditors the property should be sold at once in order that the business of the company may be continued without serious loss.
The creditors proposed to organize a syndicate as a basis for a new company, to be known as the Georgia Brewing Association. The creditors of the Wolters Brewing Company are to be issued certificates of indebtedness by the new company.
After considering the petition and allowing certain fees to the attorneys in the case, Judge Falligant ordered the sale of the property. The receiver's compensation will close at once. If any other party than the syndicate becomes the purchaser of the property a certified check for $5,000 must be deposited with the court before the completion of the sale, and the purchase must be for cash.
