DRUG AND APOTHECARY STORE.--We take much pleasure in directing the attention of our readers to the advertisement in another column, of Mr. Thos. E. Jenkins, who has purchased the long established drug and apothecary store at the corner of Third and Walnut streets.  Dr. T. B. Johnson, the old proprietor, who made the stand so popular, has removed to Main street, to engage in the wholesale drug business with Mr. B. R. Clark.  we congratulate the residents of the city, on having Dr. J.'s place so well filled.  His successor is a skillful pharmceutist and chemist, understands his business thoroughly in all its details, is very careful and gives his own attention closely to the compounding of prescriptions, and is a polite and courteous gentleman.  He deserves a very liberal patronage, and we doubt not he will receive it.
