We have another item of home news from abroad.  The Cincinnati Enquirer says:

HOW ABOUT THE ARTESIAN WATER?-The water from the artesian well now being bored in Louisville has been the cause, we learn, of a great deal of sickness among the inhabitants of that burg, and one young man, we are informed, who hails from this city, is now paralyzed in his limbs from the effects of indulging in the noxious water as a beverage.  Persons cannot be too cautious in over indulgence in anything that springs from the soil of Louisville.

Our physicians recommend the use of the artesian water, and an analysis of its ingredients prove it to be highly beneficial for various complaints.  Doubtless the cause of the Cincinnati young man being paralyzed, was the blue ruin he had consumed in the Queen City before coming here.
