NOTICE.   Whereas, C. F. BROWN, in his notice "to the Public," would make it appear that he was formerly concerned as a Partner with me in the Mineral Water Business, I take this method of again saying that the said Brown never had a dollar invested in the business, that he was only employed by me for his services, he agreed to take a certain share of the profits derived therefrom; and further more, I was compelled, from his inattention to business, to discharge him on the 4th of last November.  I have been forced, in justice to myself, to make this public statement for certain good reasons, which will hereafter be made public if occasion requires.
