On this floor Mr. Wm. Coughlan has fitted up a bottling establishment for
mineral water. His apparatus is something entirely
new in the way of bottling. Besides he has made
what he deems a great improvement, being the
introduction of a wooden cask to hold the liquid when
charged, instead of the metal fountains, thus preserving
the liquid purer. The cask is so bound as to
render it perfectly safe, with any pressure likely come
upon it.
