Thomas E. Welsh (sic), a Conshohocken bottler, was arrested last Friday by Thomas J. Welsh and Thomas J. Montgiven, detectives in the employ of the Pennsylvania Bottlers' association.  Welsh is charged with using bottles other than his own in the conduct of his business.  The detectives swore before Magistrate Harry that they found twenty or thirty different kinds of bottles belonging to that many different bottlers.  In all the detectives seized seventy bottles of this kind.  Welsh was held for further hearing.
