The brewery belonging to the estate of James O.
Hendricks, deceased, at Green Lane, on the Perkiomen
Railroad was sold at public sale by the administrator
last Friday to Samuel Jerzy, of Phoenixville, for
$11,200. Mr. Jerzy was also a large buyer at the
sale of horses, wagons, personal property of all kinds,
pertaining to the business. The sale was largely
attended by people from various sections of Eastern
Pennsylvania.
