RETAIL APPLICATIONS FOR HOTELS Inns or Taverns. List
of names of applicants, their respective residences and
the place for which they have filed their applications
for license to manufacture or sell intoxicating liquors,
velnous, spirituous, malt or brewed liquors or any
admixture thereof at wholesale or retail in Montgomery
county, Pennsylvania, under the laws of said
Commonwealth, which said application will be heard by
the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of said
county, at a session of said court to be held at
Norristown, in the said county, on Monday, the 24th day
of March, A. D. 1890, at 10 o'clock, a. m., at which
time and place all persons applying or making objections
to said applications for license will be heard by
evidence, petition, remonstrance or counsel. All
additional petitions in favor of, and remonstances
against any application, shall be filed with the Clerk
of the Quarter Sessions, on or before the fourth Monday
of March. Such additional applications and
remonstances shall be verified by the oath or
affirmation of at least one of the signers to the
same. All applications for licenses at new
places to which no remonstrance has been filed shall, on
or before the fourth Monday in March, file in the
Clerk's office of the Court of Quarter Sessions the
dispositions of four witnesses in support of the
application. .....
