DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.-The
Copartnership heretofore existing between A. P. SMITH
and NICHOLAS U. CHAFFEE, under the name and style of A.
P. SMITH & Co., is dissolved in consequence of the death
of Mr. Nicholas U. Chaffee. The business will, in
the future, be carried on in the name of A. P. SMITH.
Persons indebted to the late firm, will please make
payment to
A. P. SMITH, Surviving Co-partner.
