BY virtue of a trust deed, executed to the undersigned by Isaac M. Tucker and Warren Canfield, partners in business, trading under the firm and style of Tucker & Canfield, for the benefit of a creditor mentioned in the said deed, I shall, by order of the creditor in the said deed and with the assent of the said grantors, expose to sale at public auction for cash, on MONDAY the 23d day of June, 1851, on the premises, near the corner of Second and Broad street, now occupied by Tucker & Canfield, all the property conveyed in the said need (sic), consisting in part of Household and Kitchen Furniture, Mineral Water apparatus, materials and fixtures, one Horse and two Waggons (sic).  The sale will commence at 9 o'clock, A. M.
