NOTICE--I have this day appointed Mr. M. KEANE, my former book keeper, now in employment of Mr. Francis Dusch, 608 Broad street, to collect all bills due me in this city and country at large, from this day forward.

RICHMOND SODA WATER AND BOTTLING ESTABLISHMENT.-is now in full force, with its double set of SELF-ACTING GENERATORS--The subscriber wishes to return his sincere thanks to his friends and customers in the city and country at large, for the patronage received for his tenure in the business, and hopes by strict attention and straight forward dealings with his customers, to merit a continuance of their future favors.                      FRANCIS DUSCH.
  N. B. -- The subscriber would most respectfully call the attention of his customers in the city of Richmond to the fact that he has in his employment all the hands who have been in the employment of Mr. McCormack, some of them for the last seven or eight years, and who are now competent to put up the best article of SODA WATER, &c, that cannot be surpassed, which is well known from the fact of having received a Diploma at the late State Fair held in this city, where those in my employment had not only to compete with my antagonists in Richmond, but with other cities.  I have also in my employment competent and dutiful Drivers, who will always endeavor to give satisfaction to the customers in general.
  I would also call the attention of my customers in the city and country to having a superior article of CREAM ALE, which I am selling on the most reasonable terms, and will warrant to give satisfaction or no charge.

A CARD.-The undersigned takes this method of returning his grateful thanks to his friends and customers of the city of Richmond and country at large, and recommends Mr. FRANCIS DUSCH, his successor in the Bottling Business, hoping my friends and customers will patronize him, and am aware, by his strict attention to business, he will always merit a continuance of your favors.  I also wish to call the attention of my customers in the city of Richmond to the fact that they may always be assured of getting a good article of SODA WATER, &c. in consequence of my successor having now in his employ all of those whom I had in my employment, and they having a perfect knowledge of the business.
